By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service:

I. GENERAL TERMS

➤I AM NOT A FULL-TIME FREELANCER ILLUSTRATOR
*So I may take a lot of time to finish an artwork due to my daily life➤ If i'm not paid, I will not work.➤ Do not complain about my prices➤ Please do not claim as your own work.➤ You are NOT ALLOWED to use, in any way my artwork as NFT, or in any AI Art generator.➤ Commissions are only for Personal use.➤ Please be clear with the commission details.➤ First come, First serve ( Rush fee can be negociated )➤ I have the rights to also work on different artworks during the commission.➤ The final file is delivered either by discord, google drive, or email.
If I cannot find a way to contact the buyer to send the final file, I'll post on my Social Media.➤ I have the rights to post, record , stream , take pictures and upload the commission art progress in my social media or in any site.
Negociate or ask me in prior if you prefer me not to post the progress online.

II. PAYMENT

➤ If unable to do your commission, a refund will be issued.➤ No refund for completed commissions.➤ I only accept payment via paypal and PIX;
Access my ko-fi page for donations and different method of payment.➤ For slot reservation, contact me at my social media. Then wait until your slot turn to proceed to the payment.➤ Once it's your slot turn, you'll have to pay within 72 hours or discuss with me about the payment time, so we can proceed to the sketch step.➤ In case of rendered art commission, You’ll have to pay 50% of the final price in advance. Then, I’ll send you the sketch, and you’ll pay the 50% remaining of the price, then I’ll send the final artwork

III. PROCESS

➤ Be clear with your references. Max of 3 changes per commission
{after 3 changes, a fee will be added per change}.➤ The buyer cannot modify the commission final file without my permission.➤ You can contact me for the commission status and slot number. You'll have to wait until your slot turn, so please be patient.➤ I might face problems with the pose suggested during the process. In that case, I'll contact the buyer. If a pose is not provided, the pose will be based on character personality. I have the right to refuse pose suggestions.

IV. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY

➤ Only for personal use➤ Promote myself with in any place or site➤ I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.➤ You are NOT ALLOWED to use, in any way my artwork as NFT, or in any AI Art generator.➤ I have the rights to post the commission in my social media or display it wherever I want.The commissioner is allowed to:✔️ Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use✔️ Print the art, and claim the right of their character, but not the drawing itself.✔️ Use art to promote themselves with proper credits given to the artist*If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.

Will be considered Copyright infringement if:❌ Remove any watermark or signatures.❌ Altering the artwork without my , the artist, consent❌ Taking credit for the creation of the artwork❌ Use my artwork as either NFT or use in AI art generator❌ Reproducing or using the copyrighted artwork commercially, making money off it in any way without my, the artist, consent

V. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

➤ I will do everything I can to make my customer satisfied and happy;However, after the commission is finished, only small changes will be allowed to be made. Such as small coloring mistakes➤ I will do everything to maintain a clear communication between me, the artist, and my customer➤ Any great change as outfit change, background change or anything that makes me redraw completely can be refused or added an extra charge.➤ Me, the artist, can also refuse to make any other change or add an extra charge, if the commission already reached a MAX of 3 changes per commission.➤ In order to improve customer satisfaction, I may or may not apply some of the statements that might restrict the negociation and communication between me, the artist, and the client;
such as demanding payment before the commission in prior, charging a extra fee for changes, uploading media of the commission progress online.However, this not bound to the Refund Policy, and only will be used to improve my customer satisfaction only.

VI. CANCELING / REFUNDING POLICY

➤ I have the rights to cancel and refund the money of the commission at any time

If the commission is canceled:

*In case of rendered artwork

Before Sketch → full refund.
After the sketch → 80% refund.
After the lineart → 50% refund.
Finished → no refund.

In case of chargeback:➤ If you file a chargeback agaisnt me, all of the artwork rights I made for you will be retracted➤ I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers
You'll be forbidden to commission me ever again➤ Your name will be publicly posted everywhere I want to for others to watch out for.➤ I also have right to file a complaint and I have all the rights to the money you have given me✦✧✦✧✦✧✦✧✦✧✦✧✦✧✦In case of using my artwork as AI Art Generator or NFT:➤ All of the artwork rights I made for you will be retracted➤ I may resort to legal actions➤ I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers
You'll be forbidden to commission me ever again➤ Your name will be publicly posted everywhere I want to for others to watch out for.➤ I also have right to file a complaint and I have all the rights to the money you have given me✦✧✦✧✦✧✦✧✦✧✦✧✦✧✦

*Some of the statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission*Some of the payment statement does not apply to ko-fi payment method, so contact me for more information
